A.M. Eyelid Gel is a lightweight, water-based morning eye treatment designed with ingredients to improve the appearance of fine lines, puffiness, dark circles and eye bags. Love the Product - Hate the Container

I really love this AM Eyelid Gel. At 46 -- with rosacea and seb derm -- I need something to keep my eye area calm, moisturized, and milia- and irritation-free. This product delivers. I like the cooling sensation I get after a rough night's sleep as well! :o) However... and this is BIG... I absolutely cannot stand the container.

Firstly, there's just a lot of plastic. We really need to be steering away from single use plastics and adopt more sustainable packaging. Secondly, the pump delivers too much product, which is wasteful. Half a pump is plenty for both eyes, but it's difficult to achieve that perfect amount. Third, there is so much product left in the container. We're talking 1/4" of product that does NOT pump out. Pop off the white tip and there are at least two applications in there, but I can't access any of the 1/4" that's left in the tube portion. For the cost, I want every drop! Lastly, the pump can fail. I have the PM Eyelid Butter and the pump simply won't work. That pump is a point of failure that doesn't need to be there. A recyclable glass jar (we're all old enough to use clean hands or a sanitize-able utensil to retrieve product) would be just fine. Much as I really do love this product, along with the PM Eyelid Butter, I won't repurchase until the container gets an overhaul.

Great product, poor container

This eye gel is great. I have sensitive 48yr old skin and dispite spending a lot of time outside in the dry freezing temps this keeps my skin hydrated and soft.
My issue is with the container. This company does a great job shipping items in minimal recyclable packaging but I don't think it's possible to put this gel inside more plastic to the point it's absolutely excessive. On top of that there is no way to open to get anything remaining in the container after it's dispensed as much as it can. If im paying this much I expect to be able to get into it and access all of the product remaining and they really should decrease the amount of plastic.

Moisturizing

Moisturizing and goes on easy. I did not see any real ingredients to help with wrinkles
