As an optometrist, I have always advocated for clean eyes because they make happy patients. I recently got interested in the eye care benefits of ROSEMARY OIL. It's naturally cleansing with anti-microbial effects – which caught my eye. According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), fresh rosemary is high in vitamins and minerals. It contains vitamins A, C, pyridoxine (B6), folate (B9), and thiamine (B1), and minerals including calcium, magnesium, and iron. How to Use ROSEMARY OIL for Optimal Results

When it comes to cleansing your eyelids and eyelashes, consistency matters. I recommend using this product as part of your nightly routine. Depending on what you're doing, the suggested use will change a little bit.

1) USING WITH EYELID MARGIN SCRUB BRUSH: Carefully place 1 small drop of ROSEMARY Eyelid & Eyelash Cleansing Oil onto the brush head. Shake off any excess. Use a 10X lighted magnifying mirror. Carefully and gently scrub the eyelid margins. Do not over scrub. Wash off with one of our foam cleansers. 

2) FOR EYE MAKEUP REMOVAL: Instill 5-10 drops of ROSEMARY Eyelid & Eyelash Cleansing Oil onto a cotton round. If wearing waterproof mascara, instill the 5-10 drops onto the head of Lashfull Thinking™ Cleansing Brush. Set the cotton pad or brush onto the eye area for 10-25 seconds to allow the cleansing oil to soften the eye makeup. Gently swipe away eye makeup. For heavy eye makeup, this step may need to be repeated. No big deal since all this cleansing action is happening without altering pH, stripping the eyelid skin barrier, or using preservatives. Complete the double cleanse with one of our foam cleansers. 

3) FOR DAILY EYELID HYGIENE: Instill about 5 drops of ROSEMARY Eyelid & Eyelash Cleansing Oil onto a cotton round. Gently swipe eyelid and eyelash area to clean. Complete the double cleanse with one of our foam cleansers.
